Payment Information
BuggaLove accepts Paypal for payment, which includes credit cards.  Immediate payment is required on all orders.  Please note, Paypal will accept credit cards even if you do not have a Paypal account.
 
Shipping Information 
SHIPPING TIMES:
Please refer to our
Welcome page for the most accurate shipping times available. We update our shipping times frequently based on the number of orders we have currently.

SHIPPING METHODS:
Items are sent through the United States Postal Service both domestically and internationally.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
If your PayPal address and the address you entered for your order do not match, please indicate in your "notes to seller" on Paypal which address to use. BuggaLove will default shipping to a confirmed Paypal address if there is any question as to which address to ship to.  If your item has been purchased as a gift, we will ship directly to the recipient. Please let us know if you would like a gift tag included with a small message from you!
  
Refunds and Exchanges
BUGGAPPAREL:
Each item is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. However, returns or exchanges for a new item are accepted if for some reason the garment is deemed defective. Item must be unworn and unwashed and returned within 7 days of receipt.  You must contact me with your concern and reason for return or exchange and we will replace your garment or issue a refund minus shipping.  Personalized items will not be refunded, they may be exchanged if the garment is defective. 

LOVE LETTERS:
Love letters are custom made and are not eligible for refunds or returns. All Love Letters are sent with insurance. If you have a loss or damage claim, please let us know and we will assist you with USPS in any way we can.

BUGGA MOBILES:
Bugga Mobiles may be returned for a refund of the purchase price.  You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your mobile.  Item must be returned intact and undamaged, at your cost within 7 days of contacting us.  You will receive a refund via Paypal minus the shipping costs once we have received the item intact and undamaged. All Bugga Mobiles are sent with insurance. If you have a loss or damage claim, please let us know and we will assist you with USPS in any way we can.
 
OTHER ITEMS:
Any item that has been personalized, is not eligible for refund or exchange. Light switch covers, picture frames, etc.that have not been personalized may be returned. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.  Item must be returned intact and undamaged, at your cost within 7 days of contacting us. You will be refunded via Paypal minus the shipping costs once we have received the item intact and undamaged.

COMMUNICATION:
If you contact us, you will receive a reply via email within 48 hours. Communication is very important to us. Please feel free to contact me for any concern or question you might have.

WHOLESALE/BULK DISCOUNTS:
Some of my items are available for wholesale or bulk discounts. Please apply here.

GIFTS:
If your purchase is a gift, we would be happy to include a gift tag with a short message from you! Please include this information in your "notes to seller" in Paypal upon purchase.

SALES TAX:
PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all purchases except for apparel.  Apparel is exempt from sales tax.
